Cookbook REVIEW & GIVEAWAY!!!

My Aunt Pam has always been known as the entertainer of the family. She's an excellent cook and knows how to put on a spread! Within the last few years, her and my uncle down sized, sold their house, and now live full time in a motor home. They travel up and down the coast, doing what they love. The challenge of a smaller kitchen didn't stop her from cooking at all. I think it sparked her creativity even more. First she started a blog: From my motor home to yours. The thing I love about this cookbook is that all the recipes are very easy to understand and make. There are over 150 recipes and she breaks them up into different chapters. Its loaded with colorful pictures and practical tips. I love how she takes some classics and makes them her own. Very creative! One recipe that is in her cookbook is her chicken wings. Oh my... they're to die for (as she would say...hehe)!
