W/W Swim Class

EC had his first big boy swim classes this summer. Usually we do Mommy-and-Me classes, but he is now 3 and at preschool age. He had an instructor with out me. I was nervous that he would hate it, but he did awesome!! I think I was more worried about it then he was. He did so amazing. Proud of our little guy. He just finished up his first two week session and he starts his next session in September and he cant wait to go back!

Learning how to do his back floats.
He graduated from level one and passed his under water comfort tests. He was so proud of his ribbon! Good Job baby boy!!

He is definitely proud and should be - he's doing SO well! Love that picture with his ribbon! :)

That is so amazing! I need to put Evan in swimming classes. We're around water all the time. The other day he ran in before I got his swimmies on him and freaked me out-but he swam over to the steps with no help-so at least I know he can sort of swim(I was right there with him the whole time-and was in the water in a blink of an eye).

Congrats on your future Olympic swimmer! Cute pics!

He does look awful proud. My son just finished his first level of preschool swim too but they just gave him a sticker. I think a ribbon would have been a bigger hit.

You guys must be so proud. My boys are much older and I need to get them swim lessons! We live in the land of 10,000+ lakes, you'd think they were born swimmers! LOL

How exciting! I'm looking forward to the day Luke can have classes without me. I think they learn more when it comes straight from the instructor.

Happy Wednesday!!

How great! And such a good floater. I was trying to teach my youngest, but it didnt really work out. Having someone else teach your kids is a good idea!

Happy WW!

My Wee View

That is so cute and sweet!! I really need to get the boys into swimming lessons. Tommy and I did Mommy & Me once, but we haven't done any lessons since. He does look so proud in Daddy's arms with his ribbon!

Congrats to your little boy! Learning to swim is important. Both of my boys took swimming lessons and now swim like fish.
